I also tried a new method for making choco pudding today & it was super deeelicious. The other method (avocado, any nut butter, cocoa powder,& honey) is also super yummy but not everyone likes nutty flavors. I think I’ll made choco pudding this way more often than the other. I made a big batch and rationed it out evenly in mini Tupperware so baby can just grab “pudding cups” when he wants a sweet treat.
+2 avocados
+2 tbs raw honey
+2 tbs coconut oil, softened
+1 tsp organic vanilla extract
+1/3 cp. organic raw cacao powder (or all natural cocoa powder)
Blend & enjoy!

You could also add a little coconut milk to make it a little less thick & rich. The original recipe also suggested substituting a banana for one of the avocados if you wish.

Baby boy & hubby both approved of this yummy choco pudding recipe.
